Eric moved to Vermont in 1999 and has been renovating an old farmhouse in East Randolph that was once a dairy farm where he lives with his wife Vickie.
A native of upstate NY, Eric attended high school and college in the central NY region, studying both business and sociology. After college he worked in sales where he excelled at providing high-level customer experiences making him a top producer that later culminated into a management position. In 2016, after looking for a new professional challenge, the idea of a career in real estate always intrigued him so Eric took the steps to become a licensed real estate agent with the State of Vermont and has never looked back!
Eric has a strong work ethic and is a task and detailed-oriented agent that customers and clients feel comfortable with, mostly because of his approach of honesty and integrity. In an effort to take his career to the next level and to continue learning and growing, Eric obtained his real estate broker’s license from the State of Vermont in the Summer of 2020.
When Eric is not helping people with their real estate needs, he enjoys the outdoors hiking, hunting, and fishing. He also has a passion for music and plays both guitar and drums. Baseball tops his sports interests and he can also be found on the court with a racquet in hand playing the game of squash.
